Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Oak Tree Living. All our products are handmade and there may be slight variation in colour and texture. We celebrate minor irregularities in hand crafted products and hope you will too.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns & exchanges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return and exchange requests can be made within 7 days of purchase.
Undelivered Items, your items can be cancelled for an exchange, please see below for fees.
Delivered items, we do not offer refund for change of mind but your order can be returned for an exchange or online credit if it has been less than 3 days since delivery. Alternatively, you can also visit our physical store at Cluny Court for exchange.

REFUNDS
DELIVERED ITEMS:
- Initiate the return request by emailing us at info@theoaktreeliving.com with your order number, reason for return and photographs of the item.
- Next, please return the package back to us in its original packaging. Alternatively, repack the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
- All return packages must have the Order Number indicated clearly and should be shipped or delivered in person to Oak Tree Livings' physical store located at the following address:
- Shipping fee incurred to return the package will be borne by you, the sender.
- Please share tracking number via email after the package has be shipped back.
- 10% restocking and handling fee will apply to cover administrative and logistics costs, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS:
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
- There will be a 5% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS PROCESSING
The refund will be issued after the item has been returned to the warehouse and inspected by our team.
Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modification will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject a return request of a product that is not acceptable quality due to lack of care and misuse.
Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your financial institution, please allow us 2 to 10 business days to process.
The refund payment will be credited back via the original method of payment.
NO RETURNS
Sale items or discounted items sold under a promotion or as bundles, or at discounted prices cannot be returned unless the product received is faulty.
Any pre ordered items are also not eligible for returns as they are specially made as per your specifications.
